Building Together for a Stronger Chico
Advocating for builders, informing our members, and investing in the community we call home.
A Unified Voice for Chico’s
Building and Development Community
Established in 2017 as an independent 501(c)(6), the Chico Builders Association serves as the unified voice of Chico’s building and development community. As a locally focused organization, CBA advocates on behalf of builders, developers, architects, engineers, and suppliers by engaging directly with City officials, shaping policy, and reviewing development fees. Recognized and trusted by City staff and elected leaders as subject-matter experts, CBA keeps its members informed on key issues and invests its time, expertise, and resources back into the community.
